CricketBaji Terms and Conditions – Please read this carefully before using the Platform

CricketBaji (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an international online gaming platform. By using our services, you (referred to herein as "Member", "User", or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

1Membership & Registration

To open an account with CricketBaji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. CricketBaji is strictly prohibited for minors.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
• CricketBaji reserves the right to decline any registration at any time and without providing a reason.

2Account Usage & Security

Keeping your CricketBaji account secure is your own responsibility. Please follow these important guidelines to stay safe:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Report any suspicious activity to CricketBaji immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

CricketBaji shall not be liable for unauthorized access to any account. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on CricketBaji:

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the CricketBaji platform.
• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Account verification must be completed and the minimum withdrawal threshold must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of receipt.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, or e-wallet.
• In cases of suspicious payment activity, CricketBaji reserves the right to place payments on hold until an investigation is completed.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each CricketBaji bonus and promotion comes with its own specific terms. The general conditions are as follows:

• A turnover requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically x3 to x8).
• Each bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active, unless specifically permitted.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per member.
• CricketBaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts found attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may be suspended.

5Responsible Gaming Policy

CricketBaji places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

• Members can set daily/weekly limits on their deposits, bets, and losses.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options are available upon request.
• If CricketBaji identifies signs of problematic behavior in a Member's account activity, we may reach out to that Member directly.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CricketBaji platform:

• Playing games or claiming bonuses through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using illegally obtained funds.
• Threatening or harassing CricketBaji staff.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

7Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, brand names, software, designs, and other materials on CricketBaji are the exclusive intellectual property of CricketBaji. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of these assets may result in legal action.

9Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

CricketBaji may, at any time and for any reason:

• Any game or service may be suspended or discontinued, temporarily or permanently.
• The platform may modify or update any feature at any time.
• Access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled technical maintenance.

CricketBaji shall not be held liable for any loss arising from such changes.

10Limitation of Liability

CricketBaji is not responsible for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity or technical issues.
• If issues arise due to third-party software or services.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own error or negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

11Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between CricketBaji and a Member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. Please contact our support team with full details of the issue. CricketBaji will endeavor to respond within seven (7) business days. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for legal settlement.

12Changes to Terms

CricketBaji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, CricketBaji will endeavor to notify Members in advance via email or through the Platform.
